First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a clinical and radiographic exam, followed by a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation the first visit and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
- Your referral slip and any X-rays if applicable.
- Medical History and Patient Information forms (can be completed on website)
- Additional list of medications
- If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.
X-Rays
If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), you may request that they forward them to our office. Even if you have had recent x-rays taken, Dr. Wright will often want to take additional low-dose digital images at different angles to gain more information about your tooth. This will enable him to do perform the highest quality endodontic care possible on your tooth. We do not charge any additional fees for these x-rays.
