Meet Dr. Wright
Dr. Henry Wright is a native Charlottean. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree (1991) and received his DDS degree from there as well (1995). He then completed a 1-year General Practice Residency at Carolinas Medical Center.
Dr. Wright practiced General Dentistry for 5 years before deciding to specialize in Endodontics. He was accepted into the Endodontic Residency Program at the Medical College of Georgia Dental School in Augusta, GA and received his Certificate in 2003. That same year, he returned to Charlotte to open his own private practice limited to Endodontics.
Dr. Wright is a member of the Charlotte Dental Society, the NC Dental Society, the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics and regularly attends continuing education courses to stay abreast of the most recent advancements in Endodontics. He is also certified by the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners to provide Minimal Conscious Sedation for his patients. Dr. Wright has been voted by his peers as one of Charlotte’s Top Dentists nine years in a row. He also enjoys volunteering at the Missions of Mercy outreach programs.
Dr. Wright has a wife and 3 daughters and in his free time enjoys being involved in their numerous activities. He also enjoys participating in Triathlons, water sports, snow skiing , and golf.
